Nilofar Niazi

Founder · Zürich
Nilofar Niazi
Founder, CEO
Nilofar's work is shaped by both personal experience and years of building in neurorehabilitation. As a mother, she was closely involved in her son Nataniel's journey growing up with cerebral palsy, working directly with therapists, doctors, and rehabilitation technologies across different systems and countries. That experience gave her a personal understanding of what makes therapy effective.
She founded TRAINM Neuro Rehab Clinics in Belgium in 2016, and later Nextherapy in Switzerland in 2021. In parallel, she is building FLXX.AI, an AI platform for rehabilitation, acting as the system of intelligence across assessments, decisions, and patient recovery outcomes.
Nilofar lives between Zurich and Austin, Texas. She enjoys time with her close friends and children, swimming in Lake Zurich, and working on innovative projects focused on advances in neurorehabilitation and neuroregeneration. Nilofar is dedicated to working towards cures for disorders related to brain and spinal cord injuries — a promise she made to her son, Nataniel, and one that continues to drive everything she does.
